Preliminary Exercise: Camera Movement Video Storyboard Pre production planning!

Image
During this preliminary exercise, my partner Su-Young and I developed a graphic organizer representing the scenes we will be filming today. The purpose of us gathering us different information for our clips is to not only to implement this paper as a guide for our shots, but to also to demonstrate our basic understanding of camera movement!      During the creation of this assignment, my objective was to assist Su-Young by labeling different forms of camera movement such as shot sizes, and camera angles. Su-Young’s responsibility was to illustrate the images that we plan to recreate, along with aiding me to make the story line of the 9 shots. One challenge that we came across as a team was being able to film with only two people. We overcame this issue by being able to remaining on task: remaining on one side of the shot, along with setting up the camera on basic areas to shoot. Overall, this assignment was an exemplary way for me to create a clear script for...

Introduction of Camera Movement in Film Preliminary Exercise

Camera Movement    During the pre-production, and filming stages of a moving picture, it is crucial to implement tools which enhance your final piece. During this course, I have learned and put into action several techniques will be used in my film project. One of them, is called camera movement. As the cameramen, directors, and producers work together to input the different methods, camera movement becomes one of the most useful tools to shift the focus of an audience by drawing attention towards visual information in a movie!     But before researching I have to ask first: What is camera movement? Camera movement is an enforced technique which changes the frame, along with perspective through the lens. Two directors which inspired me to join this course is one, Jordan Peele which made the movies: nope, us, and the film get out. One frame that sparked towards me was when the protagonist was featured in an extreme close up shot of his horrified emotion (wh...

CAMERA FRAMING  In this part of the CameraFraming assignment, my partner Su-Young and I were able to create and recognize various frames to put into this segmen. We created a graphic organizer in Google Slides to guide us along the way. Since Google Slides offered us the creative freedom to express ourselves using various tools (bold, fonts, etc;) and adhere to the principle we were taught to produce these slides, which I'm now giving you, it is the well-known source we utilize to create media.      I was in charge of choosing the action line, what is happening, and two codes as well as designing the layout of our graphic organizer for shots 5 and 2! Su-Young, on the other hand, provided assistance by highlighting definitions, elements of the mise en scene, and the tone of the image. While working on this part of the organizer, among other things, I learned how to add onto the storyline as well as the plot of our organizer by adding several frames which's story fit t...

CAMERA ANGLES    My companion Su-Young and I were able to produce and recognize various photo sizes throughout this section of the CameraAngles job. In order to help us along the road, we used Google Slides to develop a graphic organizer. Google slides is the familiar source we use to create media, since it gave us the creative freedom to express ourselves using different colors to fit the theme of horror (red, yellow, black, and gray) and adhere to the principle we were taught to create this slides, which I'm now showing you!      It was my responsibility to develop the layout of our graphic organizer for shots 7 and 4, as well as to determine the action line, what is happening, and two codes! Su-Young, on the other hand, helped by pointing out definitions, mise en scene components, and the tone of the image. I discovered how to alter photographs by adding different shot angles (canted) while working on this section of the organ...

SHOT SIZES       During this portion of the CameraWork task, my partner Su-Young & I were able to develop, as well as identify different shot sizes. By doing so, we created a graphic organizer using the media google slides to guide us along the way. We chose to use google slides because not only was it more simplistic, but also allowed us to express our creative freedom using various colors to fit the theme, horror (red, yellow, black, gray), as well as following the concept we were taught to create this slides, which I was show now!      For shot number's 7 & 8, my task was to create the format/design of our graphic organizer, as well as identifying the action line, what is happening, and 2 codes! On the other hand, Su-Young assisted by identifying the tone of the image, definitions, and mise en scene elements. One thing I learned while completing this section of the organizer is how to edit images by implanting colors. . This will ultimately help ...

On the other hand, Su-Young assisted by identifying the tone of the image, definitions, and mise en scene elements. One thing I learned while completing this section of the organizer is how to take the best shots to upload to our final project. This will ultimately help our team while making our fina...
